General Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
The following definitions are used in these General Bonus Terms and Conditions:
1.1 Betting Restrictions: the betting restrictions that apply to every Bonus as set out in clauses 1.6 and 1.7 below
1.2 Bonus or Bonuses: means any bonus promotion, or special offer offered my Mansion;
1.3 Bonus Specific Terms and Conditions: means the specific terms and conditions that govern a particular Bonus;
1.4 Redeemable Bonus: means a bonus where, after completing wagering requirements, customer is able to withdraw winnings and the bonus amount.
1.5 Non-redeemable Bonus: means a bonus where the customer is only able to withdraw the winnings once wagering has been completed.
Casino.com offers bonus and promotional offers for both Sports and Casino separately. Your bonuses and real money funds are described as follows on site:
Casino Balances:
1.6 Total balance: Total balance playable in casino games. Funds that are ring-fenced for casino play will show in this section.
1.7 Real balance: This is withdrawable at any time and can be used for any product (Sports & Casino).
1.8 Bonus balance: This is your active bonus balance plus pending bonus winnings accrued with play from a bonus amount.
Sport Balances:
1.9 Withdrawable balance: This is withdrawable at any time and can be used for any product (Sports & Casino).
1.10 Bonus balance: This is your active bonus balance plus pending bonus winnings accrued with play from a bonus amount – Sports use only.
1.11 Free Bet balance: Combined balance of all free sport bets associated to the account at the time.
1.12 Total balance: Combined balance from all above.
2. General Bonus / Promotion Terms
2.1 By accepting a Bonus, you agree to comply with the Specific Bonus Terms and Conditions that govern the Bonus.
2.2 Mansion reserves the right to (i) offer Bonuses to select Players (ii) refuse a Bonus or (iii) rescind any Bonus at any time in its absolute discretion.
2.3 If you do not wish to receive any Bonuses please contact a customer services representative after you have made your first deposit, but before you start to Bet, and request to be excluded from Bonuses. You can request to be excluded from any further promotions and bonuses by contacting us at any time.
2.4 Each Bonus is subject to:
a) Bonus Specific Terms and Conditions;
b) these General Bonus Terms and Conditions; and
c) Casino.com’s 2.5 Should there be any conflict between any of the above the order of precedence shall be as follows: a) Bonus Specific Terms and Conditions; b) these General Bonus Terms and Conditions; and c) Mansion’s General Terms and Conditions 2.6 Any disputes arising in connection with a Bonus shall be dealt with in accordance with Mansion’s complaints procedure set out in clause 18 of Mansion’s General Terms and Conditions. 2.7 Bonuses, offers and promotions are intended for recreational players engaging in regular play. Casino.com reserves the right to (i) offer bonuses to select players (ii) refuse a bonus or (iii) rescind any bonus at any time in its absolute discretion. 3.1 To qualify for a Bonus, you must have a Player Account with Mansion. 3.2 A Player is eligible to receive each Bonus once. Promotions or offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, payment account number, device, shared computer, shared IP, etc, as the case may be. 3.3 With the exception of the Welcome Bonus and the Free Spin Bonus (which is a combined Bonus), Bonus offers cannot be combined and you can only claim one Bonus at a time. 3.4 Please note that in order to participate in a Welcome Bonus or any other ‘new customer’ offer, via any channel, your identity must first be successfully verified according to regulatory requirements. Should you be offered and accept such a bonus or promotion, it will be inaccessible and you will not be able to participate, until you are verified. 3.5 If your account is registered in the United Kingdom you will only be able to benefit from bonuses, promotions and take part in our loyalty points scheme if your selected account currency is GBP. 3.6 Opting in to a promotion does not guarantee participation in the promotion if your account is listed as ‘not eligible to receive promotions’, as per Casino.com’s reasonable discretion. 3.7 Unless otherwise specifically stated in your promotional message, all promotions are either ‘Sports-only’ Bonuses, or ‘Casino-only’ Bonuses, meaning that wagering (whether to qualify for a bonus or free bet, or as part of completing wagering requirements) will only count for the product that the bonus was received for. EG if you receive a ‘Casino-only Bonus”, only wagering on casino games will count towards qualifying for a bonus or as wagering for that bonus. Casino Bonuses 4.1 Your Player Account balance is comprised of “Cash Balance” and “Bonus Balance”. 4.2 All monies which you deposit into your Player Account make up your Real Balance. Monies which you receive under a Bonus make up your Bonus Balance. 4.3 When you play the games, monies are wagered from your Real Balance first and then from your Bonus Balance For example: If you have £10 in your Real Balance and £10 in your Bonus Balance and wager £5, your wager shall come straight out of the £10 in your Real Balance. Only once your Real Balance is £0 will you start wagering from your Bonus Balance. You will always be able to withdraw funds in your Real Balance. 4.4 We also accept blended wagers. For example, if you have £1 in your Cash Balance and £10 in your Bonus Balance and want to place a £5 Bet, the £1 from the Cash Balance and £4 from the Bonus Balance will form the Bet. 4.5 Each Bonus will be subject to wagering requirements which will be set out in the Bonus Specific Terms and Conditions for each Bonus. 4.6 Bonuses expire after 30 days and you must complete the wagering requirements within this time to avoid losing your Bonus, and any associated winnings from Bonus funds. 4.7 Wagering from your Real Balance contributes to fulfilling wagering requirements. 4.8 You may withdraw sums from your Real Balance at any time in accordance with the Withdrawal Policy. However, once you make a cash withdrawal from your Real Balance any associated Bonus Funds in your Bonus Balance will be withdrawn. For example – Mansion offers you a Deposit Match Bonus If you accept the Bonus and deposit £10 into your Player Account, this £10 will be your Real Balance. Casino.com will then match your deposit and £10 will be credited to your Bonus Balance. Monies are wagered from your Real Balance if you place a Bet and win £2 your Real Balance will be £12. If you wish to withdraw your Real Balance of £12, you will forfeit the £10 in your Bonus Balance as such Bonus Funds would not have met the wagering requirements. 4.9 If you want to withdraw any part of your Real Balance and there are associated Bonus Funds that have not completed the wagering requirements (as described in the example above), these bonus funds and any bonus pending winnings with wagering requirements will be forfeited. 4.10 You may not withdraw sums from your Bonus Balance. Bonus Funds that have not completed any specified wagering requirements are removed when a Player makes a cash withdrawal from his/her Real Balance as demonstrated in the above example. 4.11 Should you receive and have more than one (1) active bonus on your account, bonus wagering applies to the first active bonus and the other will stay pending until such time as the first bonus wagering has been completed. 4.12 Once the wagering requirements have been met for a Bonus, the Bonus winnings relating to that Bonus are transferred to your Real Balance and you will be able to withdraw the funds in accordance with the Withdrawal Policy. 4.13 Please note that whilst completing wagering requirements you will not earn loyalty points from those wagers. Please see our loyalty points page for further details of our loyalty points. Sports Bonuses: 4.14 Your Sports balance is comprised of a “Withdrawable Balance”, a “Bonus Balance” and a “Free Bet balance”. 4.15 All monies which you deposit into your Player Account make up your Withdrawable Balance. Monies which you receive under a Bonus make up your Bonus Balance. 4.16 When you bet on sports (including live betting and Virtual Sports), monies are wagered from your Withdrawable Balance first and then from your Bonus Balance. For example: If you have £10 in your Withdrawable Balance and £10 in your Bonus Balance and wager £5, your wager shall come straight out of the £10 in your Withdrawable Balance. Only once your withdrawable Balance is £0 will you start wagering from your Bonus Balance. You will always be able to withdraw funds in your Withdrawable Balance. 4.17 We also accept blended wagers. For example, if you have £1 in your Withdrawable Balance and £10 in your Bonus Balance and want to place a £5 bet, the £1 from the Withdrawable Balance and £4 from the Bonus Balance will form the bet. 4.18 Each Bonus will be subject to wagering requirements which will be set out in the Bonus Specific Terms and Conditions for each Bonus. 4.19 Bonuses expire after 30 days and you must complete the wagering requirements within this time to avoid losing your Bonus, and any associated winnings from Bonus funds. 4.20 Wagering from your Withdrawable Balance contributes to fulfilling wagering requirements. 4.21 Where applicable, you may withdraw sums from your Withdrawable Balance at any time in accordance with the Withdrawal Policy. However, once you make a cash withdrawal from your withdrawable balance any associated Bonus Funds in your Bonus Balance will be withdrawn. For example – Casino.com offers you a Deposit Match Bonus If you accept the Bonus and deposit £10 into your Player Account, this £10 will be your Withdrawable Balance. Casino.com will then match your deposit and £10 will be credited to your Bonus Balance. Monies are wagered from your Withdrawable Balance, if you place a bet and win £2 your Real Balance will be £12. If you wish to withdraw your Withdrawable Balance of £12, you will forfeit the £10 in your Bonus Balance as such Bonus Funds would not have met the wagering requirements. 4.22 Where applicable, when you want to withdraw any part of your Withdrawable Balance and there are associated Bonus Funds that have not completed the wagering requirements (as described in the example above), these bonus funds and any bonus pending winnings with wagering requirements will be forfeited. 4.23 Where applicable, you may not withdraw sums from your Bonus Balance. Bonus Funds that have not completed any specified wagering requirements are removed when a Player makes a cash withdrawal from his/her withdrawable Balance as demonstrated in the above example. 4.24 Should you receive and have more than one (1) active bonus on your account, bonus wagering applies to the first active bonus and the other will stay pending until such time as the first bonus wagering has been completed. 4.25 Once the wagering requirements have been met for a Bonus, the Bonus winnings relating to that Bonus are transferred to your withdrawable Balance and you will be able to withdraw the funds in accordance with the Withdrawal Policy. 4.26 Please note that, whilst completing wagering requirements you will not earn Loyalty Points from those wagers. Please see our Loyalty Points page for further details of our Loyalty Points. 5.1 Deposit bonuses are usually bonuses offered to you by Casino.com that will be activated upon a successful qualifying deposit. You may also receive deposit bonus offers on an ad hoc basis from our Customer Support team, which may need to be claimed expressly on chat. 5.2 Details of the percentage and maximum amount of your deposit bonus will be stated in the specific promotion or marketing communication. 5.3 Unless stated otherwise in the specific terms and conditions of the offer you received, deposit bonuses are non-redeemable casino bonuses, which require 40x wagering of your bonus amount before you may request a withdrawal. You may at any time, however, request a withdrawal of funds won with your real Real Balance, but any pending bonus winnings or funds will be forfeited 5.4 All games count towards completing your wagering requirements; however, wagering for some games will not count in full towards your wagering requirements (please see the table below) 6.1 “No Deposit Bonuses” are bonuses offered to you by Casino.com which do not require a deposit. 6.2 Any Bonus Funds earned from a No Deposit Bonus form part of your Bonus Balance until such time as any wagering requirements and any other conditions of the Bonus (which will be set out in the Specific Bonus Terms and Conditions) are met. 6.4 Unless stated otherwise in the specific terms and conditions of the offer you received, No Deposit Bonus are subject to maximum winnings conditions as follows:
6.4.1 You can only make one single withdrawal of winnings earned from a No Deposit Bonus;
6.4.2 If you have not already made a deposit with Casino.com before receiving a No Deposit Bonus, any bonus winnings will be capped to a maximum amount as specified within each specific bonus or promotion, following the wagering requirements of the bonus being met. Any winnings over this amount will be automatically forfeited (inclusive of any amount generated through subsequent play with the redeemed bonus winnings). If the maximum win amount is not specified within the specific terms of a bonus or promotion or if the bonus or promotion uses these General Promotional T&Cs exclusively, the maximum cap will be £200.
6.4.3 If you have already made a deposit with Casino.com before receiving a No Deposit Bonus, any bonus winnings will be capped to a maximum of £5000 as soon as the wagering requirements of this bonus are met. Any winnings over this amount will be automatically forfeited.
7. Free Spin & Game spin offers
7.1 Free Spins winnings will be credited to player’s Real Balance and do not have any wagering requirements, unless stated otherwise in the specific Terms and Conditions of the offer you received, winnings will be automatically capped to £100 as soon as the round of Free Spins are completed.
7.2 Game Spins Winnings will be credited as a bonus in the player’s bonus balance. Unless stated otherwise in the specific Terms and Conditions of the offer you received, bonus winnings must be wagered a minimum of 20x prior to a withdrawal of bonus winnings. Winnings will be automatically capped to £100 as soon as the bonus winnings wagering requirements are complete.
7.3 Game spins & free spins can only be used on the game(s) stated in the specific promotion or marketing message.
7.4 Game spins & free spins must be claimed during the promotion period stated in the specific promotion or marketing message
7.5 The value of your game spins and free spins will be indicated in the specific promotional offer or marketing message but in any event, will not be less than £0.10 nor more than £1.00
7.6 Please note that attempting a withdrawal prior to completing wagering requirements will mean that bonus funds may be removed.
7.7 If you generate any winnings from your game spins, these bonus funds will expire after a maximum of 30 days if unused.
7.8 If you have not yet completed wagering, but your available balance falls to below £0.50, the remaining amount will be redeemed to you.
8. Cashback offers
8.1 Only House takings from real money funds during the promotion period (as stated in the specific promotion or marketing message) will count towards the cashback credit.
8.2 Please note that unless otherwise stated in your specific promotional offer, your first deposit into the casino is not eligible for cashback promotions.
8.3 Cashback will be credited to your account by 17:00 (GMT) on the next working day after the end of the offer period. (Barring the unlikely event that we experience technical difficulties; in which case it could be delayed).
8.4 The percentage of the cashback offer and maximum amount per player, along with any restrictions to games or gameplay that could be considered in the calculation of your cashback, will be stated in the specific promotion or marketing message
8.5 Minimum cashback in the promotional period will be £1 – awarded if the House wins.
8.6 Cash is instantly redeemable with 0x wagering.
8.7 Any cashback must be claimed within 7 days
9.Golden Chips
9.1 In order to be eligible for the Golden Chip promotion, you must be over 18 years of age and a member at Casino.com.
9.2 The Golden Chips will be automatically credited to qualifying customers’ accounts from where they can be activated at any time (issued at Casino.com’s discretion).
9.3 Only 1 Golden Chip can be used per game round.
9.4 The value of each Golden Chip is set out in the marketing communication message sent to customers.
9.5 Golden Chips will be valid for 7 days after crediting. If the Golden Chips are not used within this time, they will expire.
9.6 There are no wagering requirements on any winnings from Golden Chips.
9.7 Golden Chips can be played on the following games: Age of the Gods Roulette Live, Blackjack live, Frankie Dettori’s Blackjack, Premium European Roulette, Premium French Roulette, Roulette live, Superman Roulette and Unlimited Blackjack live.
10. Top Up on win offers
10.1 Only player winnings from real money funds during the promotion period (as stated in the specific promotion or marketing message) will count towards the cashback credit.
10.2 Please note that unless otherwise stated in your specific promotional offer, your first deposit into the casino is not eligible for top up promotions.
10.3 Top up credit will be credited to your account by 17:00 (GMT) on the next working day after the end of the offer period. (Barring the unlikely event that we experience technical difficulties, in which case it could be delayed).
10.4 The percentage of the top up and maximum amount per player, along with any restrictions to games or gameplay that could be considered in the calculation of your top up credit, will be stated in the specific promotion or marketing message
10.5 Minimum top up credit in the promotional period will be £1 – awarded on player winnings.
10.6 Top up credit will be credited as cash, and is instantly redeemable with 0x wagering.
10.7 Any top up credit must be claimed within 7 days.
11. Sports General Promotional Terms
11.1 Where applicable, when: (1) you have no open bets; (2) the remaining balance of your Sports Bonus Balance is less than £1.00; and (3) your total sports balance is also less than £1.00; then the balance of your Sports Bonus Balance shall automatically be transferred to your Withdrawable Balance. This will have the effect of removing the active Sports bonus from your account so that you can take up another promotion.
11.2 Where applicable, any bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from a customer’s account upon the customer requesting a withdrawal before meeting the rollover or eligibility requirements of the applicable bonus.
11.3 Cashed Out bets shall not contribute to meeting the rollover or eligibility requirements of any Sports promotion.
11.4 Participants must opt in to the promotion prior to placing qualifying bets. Failure to opt in will result in subsequent bets not being counted towards the promotion.
11.5 Qualifying bets for any Free Bet token are subject to a minimum odds requirement of 1/2 (1.5). Bets placed below 1/2 (1.5) will not count as a qualifying bet.
12. Sports Free Bet Offers General Terms
12.1 Unless otherwise specified, any winnings earned from a Free Bet shall be credited to a Customer’s withdrawable Balance, and are withdrawable. The Free Bet stakes are not included in any bet returns.
12.2 A Free Bet shall only be valid on specified bet types, sports, leagues or events – as stated in the specific promotion terms.
12.3 No Free Bet may be used in portions. For example, if a £10 Free Bet is used for a £5 bet, then the unused £5 shall be forfeited.
12.4 The Free Bet shall always be used prior to real money funds from the Real Balance – for example, if a customer is placing a £20 bet and selects a £10 Free Bet token, while having a balance of £100 in his Real Balance, then the total amount of the Free Bet will be used (£10) and £10 will be drawn from the Real Balance.
12.5 Any bet that satisfies the eligibility requirement to be awarded a Free Bet may not later be the subject of a Cash Out.
12.6 Any bet the subject of a Cash Out shall not contribute to any eligibility requirement to receive a Free Bet.
12.7 Bets placed on Asian Handicap or Over/Under, and are half-lost, shall not count towards the eligibility requirements of a Free Bet, when such conditions are considered for lost bets only or for missed selections in an accumulator.
12.8 If a bet which contributed to the eligibility of a Free Bet has been cancelled, Casino.com reserves the right to remove the Free Bet from the customer’s account and shall, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer may be eligible for the promotion again.
12.9 If a bet contributing the eligibility of a Free Bet and a bet placed with the Free Bet cover opposite selections of one and the same event, any winnings shall be cancelled and forfeited.
12.10 Combo and System Bets, regardless of the number of individual bets placed, may contribute to the eligibility requirement for only for one Free Bet. For example, if a customer places three singles, as one bet, they shall contribute to the eligibility requirement for only one Free Bet. Further, if a customer places a system of three doubles and one treble, the bets shall contribute to the eligibility requirement for only one Free Bet.
12.11 Any bets which contribute to eligibility requirement for a Free Bet shall not contribute to the eligibility requirement of any other offer.
12.12 Unless otherwise specified, any bets placed shall contribute to the eligibility requirements of a Free Bet first, before contributing the eligibility requirement of any other offer.
12.13 Free Bet tokens will be valid for 7 days, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
13. Casino Betting Restrictions – play restrictions
13.1 Bonus Funds are designed to be enjoyed in regular gameplay, and have betting restrictions in place that you have to adhere to when completing your wagering requirements.
13.2 The following Betting Restrictions apply for customers playing with Bonus Funds while completing wagering requirements:
(i) Slots games or videopoker: you may not bet more than £5 per spin or £0.5 per Bet line on any game round on any slots or videopoker games;
(ii) Table, Card or any other games: when playing with a deposit Bonus, you may not Bet more than 10% of the amount you deposited, in order to secure the deposit Bonus, in a single bet or round on any table or card game or any other game.
(iii) Table, Card or any other games: when playing with a Free Money Bonus you may not bet more than 10% of the Bonus in a single bet spin or round;
13.3 Mansion reserves the right to include any additional Betting Restrictions in relation to any Bonus it offers to its Players. If Mansion chooses to add additional Betting Restrictions to any of its Bonuses its will set out these additional Betting Restrictions in the Specific Bonus Terms and Conditions of that Bonus.
13.4 Failure to comply with any Betting Restriction applicable to a particular Bonus while completing wagering requirements means that your winnings may be voided by your activity. Any case highlighted to have breached these Betting Restrictions will be reviewed by Mansion [and a decision taken based on the overall customer activity.
14. Casino Betting Restrictions – Abusive or irregular game play
14.1 Bonuses are awarded to enhance your enjoyment of our games. We reserve the right to stipulate how a Bonus is utilised by a Player.
14.2 We reserve the right to restrict certain types of bonus funds wagering from contributing to wagering requirements.
14.3 Mansion has the right to review transaction records at any time for any reason. If Mansion believes that you are engaging in irregular gameplay for the purpose of abusing a Bonus it may, in its sole discretion, block, suspend withhold or withdraw any Bonus confiscate all winnings earned through irregular or abuse play.
14.4 Irregular or abusive bonus play includes, but is not limited to:
(i) Decreasing your stake amount by 60% or more after a large win for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements while a Bonus is still active. E.g. Winning £100 on any spin including a double up and reducing your stake amount to £50 or less;
(ii) Moving from a low weighted game (25% or less contribution to wagering requirements) to a high weighted game (70% or more contribution to wagering requirements) after large wins for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements. E.g. A bet for £100 is placed on a single number in roulette and the resulting win generates £3600. Moving then to a slots machine and betting to until wagering requirements are met before requesting a withdrawal of any remaining funds.
(iii) Low risk Roulette bets. ANY outside bet spread combination on Roulette games covering 25 or more (67%) of the 37 unique number spots on the table. E.g. betting on Red and Black – covers 36 of the 37 possible outcomes;
(iv) Delaying any game round inside any type of game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when there are no more wagering requirements and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited. Players doing so acknowledge that their bonus and any associated winnings may be declared void at Casino.com’s discretion;
(v) Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% of the value of the bonus, before the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
e.g. You deposit £100, accept a £100 bonus and place a single bet over £30 on any game.
(vi) Where bonus funds are used by the customer to progress through the bonus stages/collectable features (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 symbols to reach a bonus feature) and then return to the final stage to complete the collection feature with cash only bets, with the aim of returning associated winnings in cash only once bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering requirements have been met.
15. Collusion and Fraud
15.1 Any attempts to abuse any Mansion bonus, promotion, offer or competition through collusion and/or fraud is strictly prohibited and any customer deemed to be engaging in such activity may result in customer balance being voided, customer Account being permanently closed and the matter being reported to the relevant authorities. Examples of such activity includes (but is not limited to):
15.2 Playing in collusion with other Player(s) or as part of a syndicate or group of any kind
15.3 Engaging in any kind of identity fraud or similar fraud involving use of another’s identity, fraudulent creation of multiple accounts, etc
15.4 Taking advantage of any Website system or Software bug or failure, or introducing a bug or failure into the Website system or Software, resulting in an ability to abuse a bonus, promotion, offer or competition.
15.5 If, using tracking links or other methods, we determine that you have arrived from a website, forum, social media page or other medium which promotes gambling in a manner that violates these terms (ie promotion of bonus abuse strategies, etc), you may be blocked, suspended or withdrawn from any bonus or promotion and any proceeds of such abuse will be revoked.
